link about a lawsuit filed by an orgn in USA against AZ for one of their medicines. The copany did enough research and same out with a new products. They have to make money to reap the benefits of the research. So why should they not do what say Pepsi and Coke do, and try to get new patients? And then it can be taken up by such orgns (and in a way quite rightly) and called fraud against public.
