Software

What is it with softaware that I find some of them so easy to handle, yet cant make the head or tail out of the other?
Does this happen to others too?
Sometimes I can do exactly what I want to do, know what to do, what to download and how to use it. And other timers Im this helplessly lost person who cannot for the sake of a tab action understand what the hell is going on, or rather, how to put that one thing in place.
yes, such is my fate! *Sigh*
