A colleague brought a CD of songs, of which unfortunately only the Himesh ones run, rest are invalid copies. Sigh. piracy and its risks.
Well anyway, I heard this song which none other than sashdude had informed me of. Though I had tried looking for it on TV, it was without reaping any harvest.
So, today I hear the Famous "Love you O Saiyonee" was heard by me.
The lyrics go something like
"Dil se pooch le
Jaan se pooch le
Jahan se pooch le
tujh pe hai sif mer Hak!
I Love you O Saiyonee - 3
Koi Shaque?
WHATS UP!!"
translation? prepare to die
"ask my heart
ask my soul
Ask the World
Only I have rights over you
i love you oh darling
Any doubts?
WHATS UP"
I mean....WHO? WHAT? WHY? HOW????!!!!
the music goes something like a bad poet trying to read out his creation but failing miserably as he cant read his handwriting. and therefore there is an unecessary drag at the end of each line, while the beginnning is hurried through before he misses the train.
This beats Bappi Lahiri hollow. I shall refrain fro laughing at songs like
"(You are my chicken fry
You are my fish fry) - 2
kabhii naa kahanaa kudiye bye bye bye
[Girl dont ever say bye bye bye]
at least it has more sense, and follows one theme. does not spring from love to erm...whatsup. Oh yeah..remember Im being comparitive here.
